On January 12, a regular meeting of the working group of the EU project Digitalization of economic as an element of sustainable development of Ukraine and Tajikistan / DigEco 618270-EPP-1-2020-1-LT-EPPKA2-CBHE-JP took place.
The meeting was chaired by the University’s Rector, Project Coordinator Serhii Kopylov. A number of issues were discussed at the meeting in the presence of Professor Nataliia Mazur, Associate Professor Ivan Semenets, Associate Professor Oksana Kushnir, Associate Professor Andrii Nikolashyn, Associate Professor Oleksandr Svider and Associate Professor Tetiana Storchova.
The main topic of discussion was digitizing lectures for people with special educational needs in such disciplines as: Digital Literacy and Big Data Analytics in Finance. As the second project year focuses on creating opportunities for inclusive education in the digital economy, Oksana Pochapska, PhD in Social Communications, Associate Professor, Associate Professor of Journalism, Media Coach, and Oksana Dmitriieva, PhD in Education, Associate Professor, sign language interpreter provided professional recommendations and valuable advice on the development of quality educational content of disciplines for higher education.
Preparations for the DigEco consortium textbook “Digitalization of economics: inter-disciplinary and inter-branch approach” were also discussed. The participants also focused on the participation in the reporting International Project Meeting in Hamburg (Germany) and the schedule and use of the Digital Economy Laboratory.
