New contacts and networks established during the mobility contributed to the development of our University’s international activity and cooperation.
The experience of cooperation with the University of Nicholas Copernicus in Torun helped us to conclude the Inter-Institutional agreement between Kamianets-Podilskyi National Ivan Ohiienko University and CATHOLIC UNIVERSITY IN RUŽOMBEROK / SLOVAKIA
The activity of our University within the framework of the Erasmus+ Program stimulated our students, teachers and staff to improve the proficiency of English and Polish. The new teaching programs and modern approaches are used nowadays in the work of the University’s Linguistic Center.
Speaking about this project results, we can’t help mentioning that it was our first but successful experience of ICM for students and staff. So, it was worth sharing.
This year, within the framework of the Erasmus + Program, the student of the Faculty of Pedagogy Bohdan Shchupak (specialization: 02.023 Restoration of Works of Art) took an active part in the program of credit mobility (21.02.2018-07.07.2018) at the University of Nicholas Copernicus in Torun, Poland. http://meridian.kpnu.edu.ua/2018/02/16/student-k-pnu-stav-uchasnykom-mizhnarodnoji-prohramy-erasmus/
Due to this program and your University support, Bogdan Shchupak successfully presented Kamianets-Podilskyi National Ivan Ohiienko University on the international educational arena, based on your platform http://meridian.kpnu.edu.ua/2018/03/23/erazmus-ta-moji-pershi-vrazhennya/.
This idea of Bohdan’s advancement was supported by Professor Jacek Gramatyka in his recommendation letter. There is an informative Erasmus+ company “The History of Success. Bohdan Shchupak” at our University and Bohdan Shchupak actively participates in it.
The university teachers took an active part in the Erasmus+KA 107 Program. O. Volkovynskyi, professor and the head of Journalism department of Kamianets-Podilskyi National Ivan Ohiienko University, and V. Kshevetskyi, associate professor, the dean of the Faculty of the Foreign Philology, participated in the Erasmus+ Program. Key Action 1 – Mobility for learners and staff – “High Education Student and Staff Mobility” at the University of Nicholas Copernicus in Torun, Poland http://meridian.kpnu.edu.ua/2017/03/27/vizyt-do-universytetu-mykoly-kopernika-v-polschi/ They were actively involved into team work and interdisciplinary cooperation.
In accordance with the Interinstitutional Agreement signed between our university and the Catholic University in RuŽomberok (Slovakia), on September 25, 2018, the University of Ohiienko was declared, and on October 12 continued, an open competition for the participation of students, teachers and employees in the Erasmus international mobility program was announced. On November 8, 2018, the next stage of the competition was held in accordance with the University Regulation on organizing and conducting the competition under the Erasmus + program (CA1: Academic mobility).
The commission, headed by the rector of the university Sergiy Kopylov, carefully studied and evaluated the documents of the applicants for participation in the program in accordance with the developed criteria. A separate component of the assessment was the English language proficiency for students (not lower than B1), for teachers and staff (not lower than B2).
According to the results of the competition for participation in the Erasmus + KA1 program at the Catholic University of Rozumberok (Slovakia), the nominees are:

Tetyana Storchova, Head of the Office for International Cooperation of the University (99.8 b.);
Alla Hoptyar, Associate Professor of the Department of English (98.8 b.).
